We are a family owned business located in Kissimmee Central Florida right in the heart of the Theme Park Capital of the World.

The premium quality vacation homes found at this website have been selected because of their prime locations, luxury features, high end amenities and extensive resort facilities. The homes are privately owned and maintained to a high standard by dedicated management companies who we have personally reviewed.

All the homes have been inspected and photographed by us to ensure these standards.

Gulf Coast Vacation Homes

These luxury Gulf Coast vacation homes are located in Bradenton and Cape Coral. They ALL have beautiful water views with some of the Cape Coral properties having Gulf Access.

The City of Bradenton is located on the Central Gulf Coast, approximately 2 1/2 hours from Orlando and 1 hour from Tampa, with the beaches of Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island within a short drive. Easy access to St Petersburg and Clearwater via the Sunshine Skyway (I-275), which itself affords spectacular views whilst crossing Tampa Bay.

Cape Coral, in South West Florida, is approximately 1 hour from Sarasota and minutes from Fort Myers Beach. A short drive will take you to Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

With over 400 miles of tropical waterways and canals to explore, Cape Coral is a boaters delight.

The Cape Coral Marina (seen above) is a great place to stop and have a cup of coffee and check out the luxury boats and yachts. There is also a place to hire a boat for a day or the duration of your stay.

Orlando Vacation Homes

These luxury vacation homes are located in the popular gated and secure Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee. They are a short drive to the theme parks of Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando and Sea World.

The resort is only minutes from a wide variety of Shops and Restaurants and a 24-hour Wal-Mart Supermarket is very close by.
